Yefta Andrew is a filmmaker from Papua. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. He learned everything he knows about film at Bosan Berisik Lab. The cultural diversity of Indonesia has given him the perspective that many people are, in fact, searching for their true identity. Through his films, Andrew seeks to convey the feelings of alienation experienced by Indonesians.
